- Established in 1990 and solely owned by Fang Da group.
- Brasfanta and Taiwan San Fu Chemical Co. are part of our associated company (The American Air Products & Chemicals and Kimberly are joint ventures partly owned by our associated company).
- San Fu Chemicals Ltd. is member of the International Sweeteners Association (Brussels) and Calorie Control Council (U.S.).
- Our facilities cover an area of 27,000 square meters, among which the building area is 12,000 square meters.
- We have 150 local employees.
- We have 3 engineers from Taiwan San Fu Chemical Co. for technical and Quality Assurance support.
- The total investment in the plant is more than eight million U.S. dollars (US$8,000,000). The total capital investment amount will be increased to US$10,000,000.00 (10 million U.S. dollars) in 1999.
- The annual capacity of cyclamate is currently 8000MT and will be increased to 12000MT this year in the near future. The turnover is currently US$22,000,000.00 (22 million U.S. dollars) and will be increased to US$30,000,000.00 (30 million U.S. dollars) by the year of 1999.
- Branches are set up in Guangzhou, Shanghai, Zhenzhou and Chengdu, Shantou’s which are selling 50% of the products in the local market.
- The other 50% of our products are selling to more than 30 overseas countries and regions in Europe, America, Africa, Asia and Australia. Our major clients are Coca-Cola, Colgate,Warner-Lambert, Abbott, Monsanto and Hermes.
- We have gained 1/3 market share in China and over 1/2 market share in the European and American markets.
- In China, we have won several quality awards in the nation-wide cyclamate competition. We were invited by the Chinese government to act as a draftsman of China Cyclamate GB Grade Specification.
- The Chinese name for cyclamate, “Tang Mi Su,” is a registered brand name owned by Taiwan San Fu Chemicals Co.
- We will get the approval for ISO 9002 at the end of 1998.
